FLOW LAB 15th
Join us in exploring and expanding human consciousness as we experiment with different methods of experincing FLOW. This is a playful workshop and laboratory designed to help you focus, integrate and connect with other members of our community. The Flow Lab is a place to try something new and experiment with both modern and mystical methods for optimizing your body, mind and spirit.
A few of the flow activities we will explore are:
MOVEMENT - Yoga, ecstatic dance, slack linning, volleyball, pool games
MUSIC - Humming, drumming & vocalization
MEDITATION - Breath work, Yoga Nidra, Nature
MINDSET - Active listening & Intentional sharing

#NewEarthRising: Everyone is welcome to join us for a FREE community film screening of Seeds of Vandana Shiva @vandanashivamovie on Saturday, 26th November at @fincacaminonuevo in #Monteverde, Costa Rica! 🎥🍿
We’ll be kicking off the New Earth Rising festival with this remarkable and enlightening documentary film, which tells the story of the Gandhian eco-activist, scholar and quantum physicist, known as ‘Monsanto’s worst nightmare.’ It follows her crusade to battle GMOs, multinational agribusinesses, as she inspires millions around the world to turn to seed saving, regenerative agriculture, and organic farming practises. 👨🏽🌾
The film will be followed by a community potluck dinner, where everyone’s invited to bring food from the culture and community, so we can gather and share a special evening together. 🍛🥗
We will also be screening a live interview with Dr Shiva, which was held in Mumbai, India this September 2022, where she talks about the current situation worldwide, how we can resist and unite peacefully, and what is the way forward for us as one humanity, as Earth citizens. 🌏
